Walking around the house from one place to another makes our feet tired. A foot bath is a fast and easy idea to reduce the pain. There are plenty of ingredients that you can use for this, the best thing about it is that most of them are already available in our home.
What we need is:
- A bowl
- Warm water
- A spoon of Sea salt
- Love n’ flowers (rose helps by calming, soothing, and balances the mood)
To a bowl, add warm water, sea salt, and spread the flowers or roses. The temperature should be set to your personal preference, but I recommend the hottest you can comfortably tolerate because it gives the most relief.
