The ricordí iguanas can be found in Punta Espada Golf Course. They live with the persons that play the golf course. The ricordí iguanas, the jutias, the solenodons and the great variety of bird species are also persevered by Cap Cana. The protected flora species are the Cotoperrí, which can be appreciated in Scape Park and Palma Lluvia, a palm tree that will soon have a program to reproduce the specie.
