Cap Cana Marina opens Christmas 2021 with the fifth edition of the Boat Parade

Hundreds of people gathered at the Cap Cana Marina Fishing Lodge to enjoy the now traditional Christmas parade

 

Cap Cana started the Christmas season with its now traditional parade of boats, decorated and illuminated in reference to the festivities, where hundreds of people enjoyed the show from the Fishing Lodge of the North Marina of the destination city.

The marina has held this parade since 2017, where people close to the destination come to enjoy a night of fun and magic for the whole family.

The stage was recreated to the rhythm of Christmas carols, live music, Rockets, stilts, soldiers, goblins, the grinch among other characters, as well as with the stellar presentation of the Rockettes.

The guests enjoyed a whole night of simultaneous joy and the gastronomic experience of the restaurants that are part of the destination city.

For several days, the owners of the boats prepared their boats to delight the attendees, and the boat “Sisu” was awarded in the first place, in second place “Isabella” and in third place “Balajú”.

The Boat Parade had the participation of the children of the Heritage School and the Forjando un Futuro Foundation. Likewise, it was consolidated as the gastronomic epicenter of the Marie Bakery, Luga, Maralía, Wiri Wiri, Juanillo Beach, Turia, Dolce Italia, Puerto Marina, Don Germán, Aura, Il Pórtico restaurant area.

The Cap Cana Marina was inaugurated in 2007 and has become the heart of Cap Cana, with more than 160 berths available for yachts up to 100 feet and surrounded by approximately 690 residential units.

Its privileged location near the Mona Passage, one of the first fishing spots in the world, places it in an enviable position in relation to the rest of the Caribbean. Among the complementary services offered are the Wi-Fi service, provisioning, and catering services on request at the moorings; customs and immigration services/port entry personnel in the marina, access channel with 20 navigation markers, individual moorings protected with very little tidal rise, straight entrance channel to facilitate entry day or night, service of waste oil disposal, sewage extraction service and center for captains.
