Exponential growth in Tourism-real estate within the destination city stands out

Cap Cana announced in a welcoming ceremony for new owners, the exponential growth that the destination city has had during the last 18 months.

He highlighted that currently more than 1,200 real estate rooms are being built. Meanwhile, with the delivery of infrastructure for new plots, some 3,036 more will be built by third-party purchasers who trusted Cap Cana for the development of villas and apartments, which would represent a contribution of 400 million dollars in construction to the country.

Jorge Subero Medina, executive president of Cap Cana made an emphasis on what these new developments mean for the country’s economy with the creation of new jobs, as well as a direct contribution to builders and national suppliers.

He thanked the trust of real estate developers who have maintained their loyalty by contributing to the growth of the destination city, and those who are starting several of these new projects that are an important part of the current exponential boom in the sector.

During the weekend Cap Cana developed an Open House for the new owners where they could learn about all the services and facilities that the city offers for its residents. This activity had the support and financing offers of the banks BDI, Banco Caribe, Banco Santa Cruz, Banco de Reservas, Banesco, and BHD León.

Subero Medina added that real estate tourism is strengthening, and said that the city continues to focus on the development of exclusive housing and tourism projects, with quality, prestige, and sustainability standards.

The entity revealed that despite the fact that 2020 was a difficult year for the country and the world, the tourist real estate sector had a great boom in the interest of investors, families, and entrepreneurs who decided to buy housing projects in the destination city, and which at the moment keeps rising.

He also recalled two large hotel projects that contribute to the recent growth of the city. The Margaritaville has just opened to guests, and Saint Regis is expected to open its doors in 2023.

The residential projects under development are located in the Las Iguanas Golf Residences, Green Village, and Ciudad Las Canas sectors.

Before the pandemic, Cap Cana had more than 5,300 residential and hotel rooms built.

Cap Cana anunció en un acto de bienvenida para nuevos propietarios, el crecimiento exponencial que ha tenido la ciudad destino durante los últimos 18 meses.

Resaltó que en la actualidad más de 1,200 habitaciones inmobiliarias se están construyendo. En tanto que, con la entrega de infraestructura de nuevos solares, unas 3,036 más serán construidas por terceros adquirientes que confiaron en Cap Cana para el desarrollo de villas y apartamentos, lo que representaría al país un aporte de 400 millones de dólares en construcción.

Jorge Subero Medina, presidente ejecutivo de Cap Cana hizo un énfasis en lo que significan estos nuevos desarrollos para la economía del país con la creación de nuevos empleos, así como aporte directo a los constructores y a suplidores nacionales.

Agradeció la confianza de los desarrolladores inmobiliarios que han mantenido su lealtad aportando al crecimiento de la ciudad destino, y a aquellos que se encuentran iniciando varios de estos nuevos proyectos que son parte importante en el actual auge exponencial del sector.

Durante el fin de semana Cap Cana desarrolló un Open House para los nuevos propietarios donde los mismos pudieron conocer de todos los servicios y facilidades que ofrece la ciudad para sus residentes. Esta actividad contó con el apoyo y ofertas de financiamiento de los bancos BDI, Banco Caribe, Banco Santa Cruz, Banco de Reservas, Banesco, y BHD León.

Subero Medina, agregó que el turismo inmobiliario se está fortaleciendo, y refirió que la ciudad continúa enfocada en el desarrollo de proyectos habitacionales y turísticos exclusivos, con estándares de calidad, prestigio y sostenibilidad.

La entidad reveló que a pesar de que el año 2020 fue un año difícil para el país y el mundo, el sector inmobiliario turístico tuvo un gran auge en el interés de inversores, familias y empresarios que decidieron comprar proyectos habitacionales en la ciudad destino, y que al momento se mantiene subiendo.

Recordó así mismo dos grandes proyectos hoteleros que aportan al crecimiento reciente de la ciudad. El MargaritaVille que recién acaba de aperturar a los huéspedes, y el Saint Regis que se espera abra sus puertas de cara al 2023.

Los proyectos residenciales en vía de desarrollo están ubicados en los sectores de Las Iguanas Golf Residences, Green Village y Ciudad Las Canas.

Anterior a la pandemia Cap Cana contaba con más de 5,300 habitaciones residenciales y hoteleras construidas.
