CELEBRATE WORLD OCEAN’S DAY AT CAP CANA

Relais & Châteaux has long been committed to fighting for the preservation of marine resources alongside NGOs such as Ethic Ocean (formerly SeaWeb Europe) to fulfill this commitment and helps its members successfully address these issues. For the World Oceans Day chefs will cook the same fish from head to tail. With culinary mastery and environmental consciousness, they will offer everyone a unique zero-waste menu in a series of small courses, like the exquisite corpse game played by the Surrealists.
