Eden Roc Cap Cana begins its culinary experience, with 2 Michelin Stars
The only Relais & Chateaux hotel in the Dominican Republic, Eden Roc Cap Cana began its journey through culinary experiences with great success with the stellar presence of Spanish chef Fernando Arellano, who owns the famous Zaranda restaurant in Mallorca and currently has 2 Michelin stars. Together with the executive chef of Eden Roc Adriano Venturini, they delighted those present and guests with a four-hand pairing dinner reviewing the best creations of the award-winning chefs, playing with traditional Mediterranean flavors with a Caribbean touch.
The great dinner was held at the Blue Bar & Grill restaurant by Eden Roc Cap Cana, where dishes such as Gazpacho Verde, Beetroot Salad, Smoked Amberjack, Duck Tataki, Iberico with Eggplant and masterful desserts were presented, in which they stood out, Pineapple with cream and the famous Mallorquin Ensaimadas with burnt cream, to close with a bang.
