Eden Roc Cap Cana, a culinary mecca of the Dominican Republic, is raising its gastronomic experience by partnering with the most prominent hotels and their culinary teams. The resort has launched The Chef’s Club in Eden Roc Cap Cana that will start a collaboration with the iconic Santa Caterina hotel, which will bring the best dishes of Amalfi to the Caribbean restaurants of Eden Roc Cap Cana this January.
Adriano Venturini, culinary director of Eden Roc Cap Cana, will be joined by the Michelin-starred executive chef of the Santa Caterina hotel in Amalfi, Giuseppe Stanzione to lead a series of special dining experiences that include an Amalfi gala menu. The menu combines Chef Stanzione’s innovative Mediterranean dishes with the local Caribbean touch of Venturini, which will be exhibited in the haute cuisine restaurant, Mediterraneo, from January 31 to February 7, 2020.
Chef Mazzone will also take his well-known culinary experience and creativity to Eden Roc Cap Cana to collaborate on an exclusive Capri menu with Chef Venturini from February 7 to 15.
