EDEN ROC CAP CANA HOSTS THE RELAIS & CHATEAUX CHEF’S MEETING 2019

The Relais & Chateaux North and South America Chef Meeting is held annually every spring, it brings Relais & Chateaux chefs together to reunite and discuss the future of food, brand and team building, united ethical food philosophy and to discover the cuisine and culture of the Dominican Republic.
This year was celebrated at Eden Roc Cap Cana, and the chefs have enjoyed a lot of activities like going to Sugar Cane Farm, Sea Food Market at the Blue Grill, Saona Island Trip and ended with a gala evening dinner at Mediterraneo Restaurant by the recognized Chef Saverio Stassi and pairing by Dom Perignon.
