EDEN ROC CAP CANA TO HOST OFFICIAL WELLNESS TRADE ASSOCIATION

Eden Roc Cap Cana will host the official Wellness Trade Association event in the Dominican Republic. The event will incorporate three nights and two full days – Tuesday, May 12 & Wednesday, May 13 – of networking and educational programming. The inaugural meeting of members was held at Le Monastère des Augustine in Quebec City in 2018. Canyon Ranch, Tucson hosted our 2nd Annual Meeting in May of 2019.  “The Board of Directors selected Eden Roc Cap Cana for our 2020 event because we wanted to support one of our more engaged members based in a destination that is, at the moment and from a tourism perspective, going thru a bit of a rough time.”

Launched in January of 2018, the Wellness Tourism Association is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in the State of Colorado, and now with close to 100 Members and Partners from 15 countries around the world. The luxury Eden Roc, a Relais & Chateau resort, became a member of the WTA in September of 2018.

The exclusive and therapeutic island-leading facilities are managed by Pedro Castillo, who brings with him a wealth of experience from international spas in Europe, the US, South America and the Caribbean.
