In response to the latest CDC announcement, requiring all international travelers to have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test within 72 hours of their departure back to the U.S.A, we’ve included a new arrangement with @imgpuntacana.
Tests will be conducted in the hotel, by @imgpuntacana certified by Health Choices International of United States for Covid protocols, for the cost of US$29.00 per guest, with maximum convenience and minimal distraction to the client’s overall vacation experience.
As this has been an established requirement for other visitors from around the world, we want to assure you that our team is experienced in ensuring this process is as smooth and effortless as possible.
Once at our resort, IMG Hospital team will assist our guests without difficulty to make the arrangements required to schedule their onsite COVID-19 test at the resort. This will be done at least 72 hours prior to departure and test results will be available within 24 hours.
For positive guest we will offer complimentary stay until able to travel back to United States.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has expanded the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to all air passengers entering the United States, beginning on Jan. 26, 2021. AMResorts® is proud to expand the already comprehensive CleanComplete Verification™ program with the introduction of CleanComplete+. As part of CleanComplete+, we are pleased to announce the inclusion of COVID-19 antigen testing on-property at no cost to guests traveling to the U.S., and as accepted per CDC U.S. travel regulations beginning on Jan. 26, 2021. On-site property testing will be administered by Hospiten, an international private hospital network committing to providing a first-rate health care service for travelers, across the majority of our destinations. Test results will be received the same day, and, if a guest receives a positive test while on property that prevents departure, the cost of quarantine at the property will be covered for up to 14 days.
