GOOD MORNING AMERICA AIRING LIVE FROM SECRETS CAP CANA RESORT IN JANUARY

Given the eminent boom and the great popularity acquired in the past years by the tourist and real estate destination of Cap Cana, well-known among other things for its natural beauty, an exotic and exuberant flora and fauna, more than three miles of powder-like sand beaches, a protected harbor marina and the Punta Espada Golf Course (an award-winning golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus); it will serve as the stage from where one of the episodes of “Good Morning America” will be broadcast. The live broadcast will take place on end of January 2018 at  the Secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa, a sophisticated adults-only hideaway and the epitome of luxury that operates under the Unlimited-Luxury® program.

Good Morning America (GMA) is an American morning television show that features news, interviews, weather forecasts, special-interest stories, exclusive investigations, cutting-edge medical information, financial reporting, and feature segments such as “Pop News” and the “GMA Heat Index” (featuring a mix of entertainment, lifestyle and human-interest stories). It is produced by ABC News and broadcasts from the Times Square Studios in New York City‘s Times Square district.

This television show has been bringing viewers their morning news for more than four decades. Starting in November 03, 1975, the program turned the morning show format on its ear with the conversational tone it took to deliver both hard news stories and lighter features.

Good Morning America won the first three Daytime Emmy Awards for “Outstanding Morning Program”, sharing the inaugural 2007 award with Today and winning the 2008 and 2009 awards outright.

It has been the most watched morning show in total viewers and key demos each year since Summer 2012. The acceptance of the public has converted this television show into one of the most famous programs of recent times.
