GREAT ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS OF LAS AMÉRICAS INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT FCBESCOLA 2016
The first edition of the International Tournament The Americas FCBEscola closed yesterday its participation with a great organizational success in Cap Cana (Dominican Republic). During three days a total of 350 children from Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo and Casa de Campo), Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Japan (Fukuoka and Katsushika), the United States (Charlotte), Puerto Rico, Ecuador and Barcelona, They were able to enjoy a football tournament of great sports level and a number of extracompetitive activities that they will not forget.
The Polo fields of Los Establos de Cap Cana were an ideal setting for the sports practice of the first international FCBEscola tournament held outside Barcelona, and this was made clear by FCBEscola’s general director, Franc Carbó, who in his Closing speech of the tournament said that “before coming here we were already convinced of the organizational capacity of our partner in the Dominican Republic, but certainly the expectations have been exceeded and a lot in this first edition.”
