NBA Basketball School takes its camp to Cap Cana Heritage School

The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Mamsa Sports Performance, an organization focused on delivering high-level sports performance, started a multiyear partnership launching the first NBA Basketball School in the Dominican Republic.

The NBA Basketball School in the Dominican Republic brought its second camp for boys and girls from 8 to 18 years old in Cap Cana on the 14th and 15th of October. This camp provided young athletes with on-court training, skills development, and basketball education.

“Our top priority is creating opportunities for boys and girls throughout Latin America and the Caribbean to learn the fundamentals and values of the game through programs like NBA Basketball School,” said NBA Latin America Senior Vice President and Managing Director Arnon de Mello. “We’re excited to partner with Mamsa Sports Performance to expand our youth basketball development efforts in the Dominican Republic and provide another platform for boys and girls across the country to play the game.”
