Secrets Cap Cana officially reopened its doors yesterday with the CleanComplete Verification Quality, Hygiene and Safety program certified by Cristal International Standards that seeks to protect the health of all who visit us.

We have increased the safety and hygiene protocols in our hotel, with the mandatory use of a mask for all staff, antibacterial gel dispensers in all seasons, distance between guests, disinfected rooms and vacuum-packed utensils.  In restaurants, the spacing protocols between tables, menu using QR codes, napkins and cutlery disinfected with the help of UV light have been reinforced.
