Eden Roc at Cap Cana is expanding its culinary heaven with an ocean-inspired option that infuses this exclusive five star boutique property from the Relais & Chateaux collection with character.


BLUE Grill + Bar offers a seductive and healthy variety flavors from the acclaimed Nikkei and Robatayaki cuisines that honor the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian techniques. This innovative offer includes an open kitchen demonstration bar, a wine cellar with a refined selection of South American wines, a cigar display case, and Japanese liqueurs, as well as an open air poolside grill, an ideal spot for casual lunches of salads, sandwiches and delicious pizzas baked in a brick oven.


Eden Roc’s executive chef Gianluca Re Fraschini has designed a menu with fresh and expertly selected shellfish starters and main dishes like the signature clams in saffron oil with limejuice, Parmesan cheese and togarashi (chili peppers).


The first major event at BLUE Grill Bar was the opening night dinner, graced by the presence of famous chef Justin Cogley from L’Auberge Carmel in California. The diners at this intimate soiree, including personalities from both the local and international spheres, enjoyed a wine pairing from the Galante vineyards and a sophisticated menu exclusively crafted for the occasion, with highlights that included oysters pickled in seawater with caviar and mahi-mahi wrapped in mushrooms and bathed in golden butter with carrots.
