VII LAW & ORDER GOLF CUP WAS A TOTAL SUCCESS

The couple composed by Jesús Alcántara and Juan Antonio Félix won top honors in the Law and Order VII Golf Cup that was held in Punta Espada golf course at Cap Cana & was organized by Wives of National Police Officers Association. Financial entities such as BanReservas and Banco Popular participated in the event & took second place in the duo formed by Cristian and Wilson Rodríguez, while Andrés Dilonex and Carlos Rodolí occupied the third place. In category B, the most prominent was Rafael Díaz and Rafael Acosta, who occupied the first place with 66 hits. While Pedro López and Adolfo Vázquez reached the second with 69 hits and the third corresponded to José Mateo and Ángel Mora.

In category C, the best performers were Leandro Sepúlveda (Quique) and Fredd Reyes with 66 hits. The second place went to the duo formed by Héctor Baltazar and Jorge Haché; while Roberto Serrano and Tony Rodríguez took third place. In addition to the winners of each category, Radhamés Peña and Julio Barranco, got best Gross Score. The best Net Score was for the combination of Smeling Rodríguez and Fernando Rodríguez, who in addition to their trophies, received special prizes thanks to the sponsors.

The general director of our National Police, Major General Ney Aldrin Bautista Almonte, thanked the support received by the players and business friends who make possible the event every year, which he said has become a tradition. Mrs. Olimpia Lora de Bautista, president of Aseopna, made the honor kick to formally inaugurate the tournament, while José Luis Pláceres, technical director of the Dominican Golf Federation (Fedogolf), offered the technical details for the Law and Order Cup.

The award ceremony culminated with a party & the San Judas Tadeo orchestra, of the National Police, that played their great repertoire along José Virgilio Peña Suazo.

The VII Golf Law and Order Cup was a success thanks to the support received by the Dominican business community to the activities of Aseopna. These activitiesfavor members of the National Police in vulnerable situations and collaborate in the development and education of their children.
