CAP CANA’S EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT IS APPOINTED AS THE HEAD OF ADETI

The Dominican Association of Tourism Real Estate Companies (ADETI) elected its new board of directors for the period 2020-2022, which will be directed by Jorge Subero Medina, executive president of Cap Cana.

The new president expressed his commitment to follow institutional objectives in the next two years that will be aimed to solidify real estate in the tourism sector.

He also added that ADETI will work on improving the synergy between the public and private sector, on promoting high quality existing infrastructure and those that will be developed by its members and on strengthening environmental principles that are of interest to the country.

With this election, the organization seeks to continue its mission of promoting the development of real estate tourism communities nationwide, as well as increasing the promotion of the Dominican Republic as a world-class tourist destination.

The new ADETI Directive is also composed by: Juan Velázquez, Costasur Dominicana; Yudith Castillo, Grupo Puntacana; Rolando Fernández de Castro, Playa Grande Holdings; Cruz Apestegui, Rincón Bay; Tania Ramírez, Terra RD Partners, Treasurer.

In addition, Jesús Durán, Nueva Romana Beach; José Antonio Rodríguez, Hemingway; Luis Enrique Fajardo, Velutini Group; William Phelan, Tropicalia; Beatriz Asilis, Metro Group; and Michael Lugo Risk, as Executive Director.

It is recalled that ADETI is a non-profit organization incorporated since 2006, which brings together the main real estate tourism companies in the country, with an investment portfolio in the country that exceeds US $ 8,000 million and generates tens of thousands of formal jobs for the benefit of the country.
