UNIBE’S 2017 DOWN 2 BUSINESS CAMP FAIR
The UNIBE Business Camp called Down2Business is a practical 40-hour workshop that aims to encourage entrepreneurship in young people in the Business Administration, Tourism and Hotel Management and Marketing of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). The workshop has a workload of 28 hours and 12 virtual hours and field work.
The purpose of this activity is that the student at the end of the activity has generated business ideas based on creative and innovative methods. The participant will have conducted market research to evaluate the feasibility of his ideas, presented the executive summary of his business plan and understood the importance of planning to achieve better results and will have implemented everything learned through the generation of a product or Company, the sale of the same and the presentation of its financial report.
This curricular activity generates competences framed in the axes of the educational model of UNIBE and that are developed through fundamental axes like Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Teamwork and Leadership.
The camp ends with a business fair where students expose and offer their products for sale through prototypes that show their business idea and which is developed in a full day ending in this way their first stage of entrepreneurship training, Transversal and institutional axis of our institution.
The Down2Business Cap Cana will be held at the Las Canas Plaza from10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. of Saturday, July 15, 2017.
